The customer will be required to enter our 'Submit ID Verification' page to submit a clear and legible scan or photograph of one of the accepted forms of identification listed in section above.

Refund and Purchase Disclaimer
If a customer fails to provide acceptable proof of identity to confirm their legal age, their order will not be processed, and no refund will be given for the purchase attempt. The order value will be transferred to account credit until the ID verification has been completed within 14 days.
*Please note account credit will expires in 14 days from the purchase date.
